We guarantee the quality of our products according to the specifications in the analytical data sheets supplied with each product. In general, we supply products over 95% purity. However, based on customer needs, our prices keep parity with desired quality.
Order:
Orders may be placed either by telephone, fax, e-mail or mail. Customers need not confirm this through a purchase order. A duplication of orders can be avoided by clearly noting the order number and date. Bulk orders are encouraged and discounts are available.
Prices:
Prices are quoted from F.O.B. Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Prices on this website are usually current. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in costs. If there is a price increase, materials will not be shipped without prior authorization of our customers.
Delivery:
Orders will be shipped via UPS, blue label, in and Canada, unless instructed otherwise at the time of order. Overseas shipments exceeding $200 will be made via air courier service. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery outside the US due to differences in the postal services and customs delays.
Payment:
Payments are to be made in US dollars.
Terms:
Net 30 days. Accounts unpaid past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.
Liability:
All products are sold for research purposes only, not for drug or human use. The buyer is responsible to comply with the rules and regulations of his/her country.
Returns:
We are fully responsible for our products. Please notify us if you experience any problem with our products. We will do our best to resolve it. Individual returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
